Throughout the series the evidence proving the allegations will remain high because it needs to. You deserve to have the facts and see through the fabrications.

Nord Stream
Until now, in print, there’s been a lot of interesting speculation on who may or may not have blown up the Nord Stream pipelines in September 2022.
Most stories about it are built on an attribution saying US Navy Seals planted the bombs during the BaltOps exercise in June, 2022. This is a false assumption.
A set of articles worth mentioning are from Jeffrey Brodsky, who was part of the single expedition that went to all the blast sites and ignored the clickbait headline imagery in play in favor of science.
That difference is night and day. The clickbait articles show long stretches of pipe simply missing supporting a claim that hundreds of kilos of explosives were used. The reality Brodsky shows is as little as 8 kilos was enough. Brodsky will be publishing an updated set of articles within a few weeks. His was the only survey that showed the one section of pipe with any blast evidence left.
Through the military experts he interviewed including DEVGRU and Army Delta Force, he shows that while the divers were trained for the mission, they lacked experience and made freshmen level mistakes.
Why wait this long to write this article? That’s the first and best question. I broke the story in the following summary of evidence during November 2022 on my show in two one-hour radio shows on TNT Radio and will flesh it out in further articles.
It is a little odd supplying the evidence chain before the contextual stories are written but the evidence needs to be seen on a single timeline which is what you’ll find here.
Over the years, I’ve had issues with different web platforms agreeing to publish many politically hot article series with a lot of depth and then refusing to publish integral articles in the same series because it conflicted with investors interests or they were afraid it would put them in jeopardy.
On the American side, not all patriots are created equal and evidence doesn’t always matter. On the international side, the truth isn’t always as important as you’re constantly told you’re being told.
Nord Stream is part of the much larger story about terra-forming the political and national landscapes in the US and other western countries. After you read the Nord Stream evidence summary, you’ll see the level of depth I’ll be adding to untold parts of the 2016-present Trump, elections, and Russiagate stories.
Training the deep water demolition divers for Nord Stream
The 90-meter depth of the Baltic Sea pipeline is a specialty dive that required years of training just for the qualification to get backing and approval in the West for even an attempt at this kind of operation. It’s not something US Navy SEALs or British SBS are trained for. In real terms, it’s out of their mission set. Worldwide, there are very few qualified to complete this type of operation.
Going further, the use of US or NATO divers was out of the question because it is a unilateral act of war and precludes Article 5 NATO involvement.
The only country that this didn’t affect and had the divers trained to this level was already at war with Russia.
Ukraine
I’ve been following the development of Ukrainian military diving since 2016. Every milestone led to deep water military sabotage diving and an emphasis on operations in the Baltic Sea.
The following quotes are directly from the funding site. It was open to provide funding for many Ukrainian initiatives including the Myrotvorets kill list site by Ukrainian-American, Canadian, Brit, and Australian Diaspora members.
The divers were specifically trained for this dive as soon as they passed basic diver qualifications. After you read through the political side of this summary, it won’t sound amazing that I was waiting for it to happen from June 2022 onward.
2016– Dive school opened. The first divers were with the Mariupol Maritime Security Detachment. It was a 2-week course with NATO diver prep training. Divers were trained at five meter depths.
2017–Ukraine’s interest shifts to deep water military diving. The photo below shows how unprepared they were to do this and how ill equipped. At the beginning, they started with old Soviet salvage diver equipment but that changed very fast and their effort gained backing from the UK and Germany.
2017– German instructors upgrade Ukrainian diver training in the cold water Baltic Sea using dry suits for the first time. Ukrainian divers are acquainted with utilizing dive stops to equalize pressure at different depths before surfacing.
This is one of the most essential deep-water skills allowing a diver to surface from depths exceeding 90 meters without the need for a decompression chamber.
The Ukrainian divers learned to navigate in the pitch-black water of the Baltic Sea and locate objects on the bottom for military purposes such as sabotage.
2017– “Ukrainian diver-sappers acquire their own training center. It is a diving proving ground at The Sapper Center at Kamianets-Podilskyi. The training pool is 40 meters deep. Divers gained practical experience in the Dniester River.”
2017– The UK’s Royal Navy’s Special Boat Service (SBS) begin training Ukrainian divers how to use diver propulsion vehicles (scooters) and navigate under water to targets.
2018– “The School of Military Divers volunteer project has deliberately focused its efforts on supporting of Navy Special Operation forces.
As if we impose a real threat of saboteur actions on the Black Sea gas platforms for our enemy, or, to say, the risk of advance of the underwater scout groups somewhere near Novoazovsk, – it will undermine their resolve greatly.”
2019– “Unfortunately, the Ukrainian specops divers are limited in their means of underwater redeployment as the only submarine we had in service, Zaporizhzhia, now remains captured in the occupied Crimea. By the way, not long before the war, Ukrainian special forces carried out exercises on emergency withdrawal through Zaporizhzhia torpedo tubes. The issue concerning supplying the Ukrainian Navy with miniature submarines has been continuously risen, still there is no solution to it yet…”
2019-“While we were witnessing their progress, the first intake of recruits of the Ukrainian Navy Diving School completed their first training course. Hence, from now on the forces engaged in defense of Ukraine’s independence as a state, have been strengthened with a few more unique specialists.”
2019– “Unfortunately, in previous years (Ukrainian) divers used to go under water only “on paper”. What does it mean? As a result of exercises, a diver got an official permission to perform works at up to 60 meters depths. But in reality, divers possessed practical experience in diving to much lesser depths in safe shallow waters, perhaps up to 10 meters. So irrespectively whether one had proper skills or not, he had to dive to a maximum depth at his own risk.
But this time it was different, and the divers trained to dive to 30 meters depth. According to the newly approved program, divers must perform at least five such dives during the training course.”
This gives us the history of the development of specialty deep water divers in Ukraine that work beside the Ukrainian military complete with training photos.
It shows training but a lack of experience at 40-90-meter dives for the stated purpose of attacking Russian energy platforms and obviously supply lines.
This lack of practical experience reflects the opinions of DEVGRU, Delta Force, and other experts interviewed by Jeff Brodsky concerning mistakes made at the single Nord Stream bomb site that wasn’t cleansed by the resulting pipe burst.
The politics of Nord Stream
This will once again be in bullet points. The complete story will be published in the series.
2020– Ukraine starts work with Germany to turn Ukraine into a green energy hub for Europe. Ukraine passes a bill to support the 2030 agenda.
April-May 2021– Zelenskyy pushes Biden to support him starting a hot war with Russia. Biden declines.
May 2021– Biden waives sanctions on Nord Stream certification.
May 2021- German Green Party candidate Annalena Baebock says she’s in sync with Biden on security issues to gain support in the November election.
May-June 2021- Zelenskyy screaming that Nord Stream cannot go online. If Russia stops paying for Ukrainian gas transit Zelenskyy can’t pay for the war.
As long as there is a ready supply of affordable natural gas, the Green’s agenda can’t go forward.
June 2021– Annalena Baerbock and the Green Party work to stop Nord Stream certification. Baerbock declares Nord Stream a security threat for Germany in an interview with Fareed Zakaria.
October 2021– “Russia has not yet cut off gas supplies to Ukraine,” Dimitro Kuleba said on Twitter. “In case the Kremlin decides to do so and destroy the remnants of its reputation as an energy supplier to Europe, we have a series of asymmetric steps in return.”
November 2021– The German Green Party lose the German election by a wide margin, coming in third. The Greens, with the help of the Biden regime, negotiate their way into all the power positions except Chancellor. The quid pro quo comes into play because of the role Germany’s Green Party had in the 2020 US presidential elections. More on this later.
They control foreign policy, environmental policy, the economy, while their partners control the defense ministry.
Biden’s Green Deal is based on Baerbock’s Green Party’s “climate neutral prosperity” which is a staggering austerity deal for Germany.
September 5th 2022- Zelenskyy seems to be signalling what a post Nord Stream world will look like by assuring Europe that Ukraine will pick up the slack in energy production and deliveries.
September 5th 2022– If you look past the DGAP publishing date of October 19th, the bibliographic data in blue shows the date the brief was written on is September 5th. The Green Party made stopping Nord Stream from going into production a national security priority they were willing to act unilaterally on. The President of Ukraine coordinated his statements with this new security policy change.
The existence of the Nord Stream pipelines were now an aggressive threat to the security of Germany. They reserved the right to act unilaterally if need be.
September 9 – 10, 2022– Fareed Zakaria interviews Annalena Baerbock at the YES (Yalta European Strategy) conference in Kiev. Zakaria asked her directly about the coup the Green Party pulled off in November 2021 and remarked on the political similarities, ie, reversing the direction her country was taking to the 2014 ouster of Victor Yanukovych in Ukraine.
Baerbock, visibly angry, went on a rant about the fact it was done legally. Her policy reversals would stand. Retired General Wesley Clark facepalmed and shook his head at her admission.
Next, and to the point, Zakaria asked her about Nord Stream and Germany’s energy policy.
Baerbock, still angry, said Germany would never again buy energy from Russia. Germany was going to do a complete conversion to green energy with the emphasis on hydrogen. They were going to set up energy production in northern Africa and Ukraine. The best-case scenario if African countries agreed to this was early production starting in 2030.
When Zakaria pointed out that the infrastructure (pipelines) wouldn’t be ready for over 10 years, Baerbock scoffed and said the German people would suffer through it. Nord Stream was no longer an option.
September 20th-29th-Germany starts moving troops, ships, and air force assets to Estonia for Baltic Tiger 2022. The bilateral training exercise was planned only two months before setting it in motion.
This included Baltic convoy protection, air/sea rescue, demining, etc. The exercise began on October 1st and ran through the 27th.
September 26th– The Nord Stream sabotage bombings
We’ve established means, methods, political will and policy, and transport for the Ukrainian deep-water demolition divers.
If you listen to excerpts from this interview Sean Ryan did with retired DEVGRU Master Chief Chris Beck, this type of operation is outside the scope of Navy Seals or SBS divers because it is an extreme specialty. This describes the purpose of this particular Ukrainian diver training operation perfectly.
Secondly, and just as important, he describes the transport he invented as the perfect vehicle for this type of operation. It looks like fish on sonar.
Beck is speaking from his inside knowledge and understanding of how this would work, not from a participatory standpoint.
But, limiting the entire operation to two hours, given the distance from shore and between blast sites in the most heavily surveilled waters on the planet, closes the window on fake stories. The vessels transporting the divers had a right to be there at that time.
Retired Master Chief Beck describes what’s needed to do a mission like the Nord Stream bombing and the mini sub he invented to do it quietly and unnoticed.
The above summary shows clearly both the build up to and participation at the political and boots on the ground level. It shows transport to the sites by motivated parties had a six-day window. It’s clear if the German Navy wasn’t participating, they watched it happen.
The odds of the latter given the provable evidence is less than finding any good will toward you and your future from all of those named above.
The rest of the story will be filled out including why and what the UK hoped to gain from this, what’s behind the need to destroy affordable energy, and where this all leads to.
After passing deep water training, the Ukrainian deep water demolition team described above was five men and their team leader. The Washington Post reported a six man team.
Germany’s involvement in the 2020 US election
The Green Party didn’t just come out of the blue and get on Biden’s radar. As stated above, Biden’s economic policy is built on the Green Party’s austerity plan for Germany. According to interview’s in “The Conversation,” they don’t just want to replace gas powered cars with electric cars, the Green Party wants to take away the ability to buy electric cars too.
I wrote extensively about Annalena Baerbock’s German Green Party declaring war on Donald Trump in November 2016. This reinforced the coalition they had with the Obama administration on Ukraine and after a false start at the 2017 inauguration, gave them time to pull together a forceful boot on the ground presence during the 2020 election season.
The updated story will not only show the heavy documentation and admission ANTIFA is the militant wing of the German Green Party, but will update to the 2024 election season. The Democratic Party and Joe Biden used relocated ISIS members, Ukrainian neo-nazis, as well as Americans to burn those cities down.
This information should be approached with the gravity it deserves. The US Congress, Democrats and Republicans, a past and future Presidential administration were on the inside of this mess supporting it.
The heavy burden of proof is on me to provide.
Going further, I’ll provide the volume of evidence that from early 2013 through 2016 the Obama-Biden administration voluntarily started a turnover of Executive branch departments and agencies to a limited receivership of a foreign military contractor. This was done to develop the means to sell a pre-planned austerity, rolling blackouts, and a collapsing jobs and industry market to the American people in support of Agenda 2030.
If successful, this would have meant gradual inflation spikes, fuel costs, freedom reductions, job losses, and increased reliance on federal support for states not able to cope with staggering unemployment giving the federal government more sovereignty to claim new rights.
This will result in a fire sale of resources, assets, industry, agencies like local policing, just like you are witnessing in Ukraine today.
To make this possible, intelligence was the first cottage industry to be sold off. From 2016 to 2018, private intelligence contractors had a mandate to add 3 million new seats in the intelligence community.
They staffed it with belligerent unqualified people who were taught software techniques. Since, the ODNI has the rest of the world covered, this means there is one new belligerent intel agent looking to make people opposing US government policy enemies of the state for every 32 Americans.
The population today doesn’t give those 2018 hires a full month’s worth of work, Joe Biden’s MAGA devils speech should have made their intent clear.
In 2016, Donald Trump’s election threatened to derail and push this agenda back another 20 years.
That’s why the only two figures standing in the way and had to be dealt with are Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump. Robert Kennedy Jr.’s recent campaign is the only other leadership voice they’re afraid of.
The reason is simple. If America is prospering and at peace, they fail. They need a desperate populace to force the transition to happen. Otherwise, their own supporters will fall away.
If Russia is at peace and provides Europe with cheap energy, Europe can prosper and the result is the same.
The oil companies need high energy costs to pay for their transition into green energy providers. The UK’s North Sea platforms that were slated to shutter by 2030 get a breath of new life because the expensive energy they produce is once again profitable.
Those platforms will be converted to produce hydrogen instead making old Royal Shell and BP rigs money makers for the long term.
From 2014 onward, state level agencies like the US State Department, ODNI (17 intelligence agencies) including the FBI, CIA, NSA, and DHS were onboarded to the foreign military contractor by the Obama-Biden administration. This was done with the active approval of the Democrat controlled US Congress. This had Republican support.
SCL Defence began an evolutionary information operations program, a first of its kind- Whole Country Information Operations. To rearrange the American psyche, they fed “all” the intelligence coming out of Ukraine to the various agencies. That was the beginning of Russiagate and where we are today.
Their only focus has been to undermine and usurp the rights of the American people. Freedom of speech, civil rights, political rights, parental rights, and freedom of movement have all been curtailed.
This receivership is a legal coup where all the trappings and offices of state remain in place while the powers and actions are defined and redefined elsewhere. SCL, still in business under a new umbrella, provides the means for their clientele to transition western countries fairly smoothly into a new reality.
The United States of America is no longer the United States of America any more.
An Act of Congress
It took an act of Congress to make all this happen. Your representatives representing someone else. A violation of their oath of office perhaps?
The 2012 revision to the Smith-Mundt Act, dubbed “modernization,” gave the US government and every military contractor the legal right to wage military level information war, information operations (IO), propaganda, decide what truth & evidence are, and try people and groups in the media at a level their non-evidence would seep into the legal court systems in America.
The 2012 Smith-Mundt Modernization Act was written by Information Operations professional Matthew Armstrong who was appointed as the only permanent BBG board member and brought Strategic Communications Laboratories, (SCL), the military contractor into influence at the State Department.
The dry run of the methodology was Obama’s 2012 victory to see how large a margin he could beat Mitt Romney with by applying it. Romney was on board and attempted his own version.
In the following two years, SCL set up shop at the BBG (Board of Broadcasting Governors) whose mandate now included American audiences. The BBG contributes directly to over 5,000 media outlets and decides the narrative American and most international media follows.
Throughout their over 20-year history, SCL specialized in state capture and regime change.
Into 2016, SCL had not yet attained full narrative control and it was an election year so most of the media attention turned to the candidates. SCL and its subcontractors were still setting up resources in the US and internationally to derail free speech.
In early 2015, the first SCL fact-checker, Ukrainian Stop-fake, went quietly online getting experience and waiting for the program rollout.
No one took Donald Trump seriously until late August when it became clear to Obama’s team, Donald Trump was now a threat. Obama started complaining Trump would ruin his legacy.
Donald Trump was the only candidate not on board with the global austerity program. In fact, by all accounts, if Trump succeeded America and the world would reverse course and the program would be ash canned through his economic and energy policies.
The war on the American psyche began. The rollout was Ukraine and we saw the beginning of the “Russia! Russia!” narrative that drove into Trump-Russia, that drove into Treasonous Trump, that drove into J6.
It will take an act of Congress to stop it and make it illegal again. All a Republican Congress needs to do is revert the Smith-Mundt Act to pre-2012 and protections for American citizens are restored. None of this can happen again.
As long as they don’t, remember, the purpose was and still is to force Americans to accept their fate and the austerity to come patriotically and without complaint, to throw their children’s futures into the ashcan.
By December 2016, I had over 40 articles published documenting the development of this operation.
During all this, I was able to gain enough ground getting this information to people who could do something with it. I promised the IO managers on the American side jail time was coming.
On inauguration day, 2021, Matthew Armstrong resigned his position as the only permanent BBG board member and fled to non-extradition Switzerland.
This is the same Matthew Armstrong who threw American citizens to the whims of foreign military contractors getting paid to tear down their civil rights, legal rights, and freedoms.
Because SCL was working out of the BBG, the Obama-Biden State Department connections are clear. SCL, a military contractor, was attempting to disrupt the peaceful transfer of power between the Obama and Trump presidencies on behalf of the Obama administration and receivership administrators.
Proof of this by itself is enough to show a coup in progress not just against the incoming presidency, but against the office of the President itself.
As early as November 2016, we have the beginning of an organized effort by the outgoing President, the Secretary of State, State Department and the BBG to do just that under contract with SCL. The Dept. of State was stuffed with over 400 Clinton appointees in management positions from her tenure through 2016.
The preparatory steps in 2016 was the establishment of fake news and fact-checkers in the public mind.
SCL established Ukrainian Stop-Fake in 2015 but it failed to go anywhere. Propornot was introduced in late November 2016 with a big splash and its first order of business was to isolate major web-platforms on the left to center that supported Bernie Sanders and therefore helped cost Hillary Clinton the election.
The initial list was written by SCL’s information ops manager Joel Harding and subcontractor Andrew Aaron Weisburd. Two members of the BBG board were on Team Hillary and hoping for cabinet positions after she was elected.
The Propornot website is hosted by the US Department of State on their servers.
From 2017 through 2020, the BBG, which morphed into the USAGM, was pumping out anti-Trump Russiagate messaging and filling the entire US and world news ecosystem with SCL regime change contractor messaging that Donald Trump was illegitimate. They did so unchallenged until Trump appointed a new ASGM CEO Michael Pack tried to make short lived changes in mid-2020. It continues today unabated.
The January 2017 ODNI report title “ODNI Statement on Declassified Intelligence Community Assessment of Russian Activities and Intentions in Recent U.S. Elections” was essentially written by SCL operatives. Crowdstrike’s Dimitry Alperovitch made the allegations the report contains. Alperovitch’s relationship to SCL’s operation is documented back to 2015. In July 2016, he began pushing the Russiagate narrative on Donald Trump instead of Bernie Sanders.
ODNI Clapper was convinced Trump was supported by Russia because he won a general election through 3 swing states that had a natural “anyone but Clinton” voting bloc. The Serbian-American population provided the 73,000-vote margin that gave Trump the victory.
“Our intelligence community assessment did serve to cast doubt on the legitimacy of his victory in the election,” Clapper said of Trump in a CNN interview Friday evening.
In later articles, the relationships between SCL and the agencies as well as the DoD will be fully fleshed out.
