High-Powered Delegation to Attend Installation Ceremony of Africa President of World Peace Advocates

The International Association of World Peace Advocates in Nigeria has selected a
high-powered delegation of Eminent Peace Ambassadors and two Lord Mayors of
Peace to attend the Installation Ceremony of His Eminence, King Amb. Dr. Mahlangu
Eugine as Africa President of the association. Nigeria is sending a formidable
delegation of 22 peace ambassadors, as confirmed by His Royal Eminence, Oba,
Amb. Dr. Joseph Ogunjobi Ogunbano, JP.

Advocates from several countries will also be flying into South Africa for the ceremony.
All roads will lead to King Mahlangu’s palace in KwaMhlanga, Mpumalanga, the
spiritual home of the Ndebele people, where they sought settlement as early as the
18th century. This significant event will see His Royal Highness King Mahlangu
hosting peace ambassadors and advocates at his home, where he draws strength
and guidance. Life in KwaMhlanga will come to a standstill on the 13th of December
as the world witnesses this grand occasion. The event will be followed by the official
opening of the offices of the International Association of World Peace Advocates, to
be run by the new Africa President, His Eminence, King Amb. Dr. Mahlangu Eugine,
on the 14th of December 2024 in Waterkloof, Pretoria, South Africa.
Godfrey Madanhire, a media expert, broadcaster, and social commentator,
emphasised the value of peace in Africa. « Peace is the cornerstone of development
and prosperity. Without it, our efforts in education, healthcare, and economic growth
are futile. Rwanda, for instance, has transformed itself through a commitment to
peace and reconciliation. This is the kind of progress we need across the continent. »
Madanhire also highlighted the importance of unity and collaboration in achieving
lasting peace. « In regions like West Africa, where nations have banded together to
combat extremism and promote stability, we see the power of collective action. It is
imperative that we continue to support such initiatives and build bridges across our
diverse cultures and societies. »
His Royal Highness, His Eminence, King Amb. Dr. Mahlangu Eugine, expressed his
gratitude and commitment upon accepting the responsibility of Africa President. « This
role is not just an honour but a call to action. It is a testament to our collective desire
for a peaceful and united Africa. I am dedicated to fostering dialogue, understanding,
and cooperation among our nations. Together, we can build a future where peace is
not just a dream but a reality for all Africans. »
The installation ceremony and subsequent events mark a pivotal moment for the
International Association of World Peace Advocates and the broader African
community, symbolising a unified commitment to peace and progress.
